• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across technical and corporate roles.
• Strong interviewing, assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Workday is preferred.
• Ability to generate recruitment data and reports.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.

Aufgaben

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering, technical, and corporate roles.
• Partner with hiring managers as strategic advisor on sourcing, interviewing, and offers.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies using direct outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal candidates.
• Conduct structured candidate screening and interviews to assess fit with Methode values.
• Work with third-party vendors as needed.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience with clear communication and timely follow-up.
• Prepare and promote competitive offers in collaboration with HRBP and leaders.
• Identify and address risks to offers and timelines.
• Create compelling job postings to support employer branding.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and tools.
