Job summary

Milwaukee Electronics is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting across our Canby, Oregon and Milwaukee locations. You will partner with hiring managers and HR to understand staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and drive timely hiring while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

You will source proactively, build pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles, and participate in onboarding, employee communications, events, and HR projects.

Qualifications

• Requires associate or bachelor’s in HR/Business with 3+ years full-cycle recruiting, or 5+ years with high school diploma.
• Experience sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Comfort conducting frequent phone screens and interviews; strong relationship-building.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions, priorities, deadlines, and follow-up.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems; UKG Pro Recruiting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing needs, timelines, and criteria.
• Lead requisition intake and determine strategies for each role.
• Source and engage candidates through multiple channels and build talent pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and maintain momentum in the process.
• Own offers, pre-employment steps, and onboarding activities.
• Promote employer brand through postings, events, and community outreach.
• Maintain recruiting metrics and provide updates to HR and leadership.
