Job summary

Power Electronics is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our U.S. team. This role focuses on full-cycle recruitment across the United States, with emphasis on blue-collar and skilled-trades positions, alongside corporate and professional openings.

You will partner with hiring managers, execute effective sourcing, and ensure a strong candidate experience in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will manage multiple vacancies, drive high-volume recruitment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Labor Relations, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment for blue-collar, skilled-trades, operational, or field-based positions.
• Fluency in Spanish required.
• Experience recruiting for corporate and professional positions is also required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for blue-collar, technical, and corporate roles across the U.S.
• Lead high-volume recruitment initiatives for blue-collar and skilled-trades positions, ensuring targets are met.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define candidate profiles.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for high-volume, hard-to-fill roles.
• Create, post, and manage job advertisements across multiple channels.
• Source and engage high-quality candidates using diverse recruitment strategies.
