Midwest Metals is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple Michigan locations and new facilities. You will build pipelines, engage with schools and community partners, and assist in selecting and implementing an ATS while maintaining an Excel-based tracker.

The role requires 5+ years in talent acquisition within manufacturing, excellent relationship-building, and the ability to travel up to 40% among sites in Michigan.

Formación

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Recent experience recruiting within manufacturing, industrial, skilled trades, or closely related environment preferred.
• Strong sourcing skills and creativity in developing talent pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle recruiting for production, skilled trades, technical, professional, and leadership roles.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines across manufacturing functions.
• Help select, implement, and optimize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Maintain accurate recruiting data in an Excel-based tracker during system implementation.
