Methode Electronics is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full‑cycle recruiting across manufacturing and corporate functions. You will partner with hiring leaders to attract, evaluate, and hire high‑impact talent aligned with business needs and values.

Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, this role supports hourly plant recruiting and salaried professional roles while driving process improvements and an exceptional candidate experience to strengthen our employer brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for technical and corporate roles.
• Strong interviewing, assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong negotiation and offer management skills.
• Experience partnering with leaders at multiple organizational levels.
• Experience with Workday is preferred.
• Ability to generate recruitment data and reports as required.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering, technical, and corporate roles from requisition intake through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers as a strategic advisor on sourcing, interviewing, and hiring decisions.
• Develop targeted and proactive sourcing strategies using direct outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, internal candidates, and niche platforms.
• Conduct structured candidate screening and interviews to assess qualifications, fit, and alignment with Methode values.
• Work with third-party vendors as needed.
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-up.
• Prepare and recommend competitive offers in collaboration with HR Business Partners and business leaders.
• Identify and proactively address risks to offer acceptance and hiring timelines.
• Create and promote compelling job postings to support employer branding efforts.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance within the Applicant Tracking System
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and best practices.
