Responsibilities

• Prepare and promote competitive offers in collaboration with HRBP and leaders.
• Identify and address risks to offers and timelines.
• Create compelling job postings to support employer branding.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes and tools.

Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full-cycle recruiting across manufacturing and corporate functions, serving as a strategic partner to hiring leaders throughout the organization. This role plays a critical part in strengthening Methode's talent pipeline by identifying, attracting, and hiring high-impact talent aligned with business needs and organizational values.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting engineering technical corporate roles for all levels, from requisition intake through offer acceptance
• Partner with hiring managers as a strategic advisor, providing guidance on sourcing, interviewing, and hiring decisions
• Develop targeted and proactive sourcing strategies using direct outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, internal candidates, and niche platforms
• Conduct structured candidate screening and interviews to assess qualifications, fit, and alignment with Methode values
• Work with third-party vendors as needed
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-up
• Prepare and recommend competitive offers in collaboration with HR Business Partners and business leaders
• Identify and proactively address risks to offer acceptance and hiring timelines
• Create and promote compelling job postings to support employer branding efforts
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance within the Applicant Tracking System
• Contribute to continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including both technical and corporate roles
• Strong interviewing, assessment, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong negotiation and offer management skills
• Experience partnering with leaders at multiple organizational level
• Experience with Workday is preferred
• Ability to generate recruitment data and reports as required
