Job summary

Methode Electronics is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will handle full-cycle recruiting across manufacturing and corporate functions, serving as a strategic partner to hiring leaders to strengthen the talent pipeline.

Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, this role supports hourly plant recruiting and salaried professionals while enhancing recruiting processes and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including both technical and corporate roles.
• Strong interviewing, assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong negotiation and offer management skills.
• Experience partnering with leaders at multiple organizational levels.
• Experience with Workday is preferred.
• Ability to generate recruitment data and reports as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering, technical, and corporate roles from requisition to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers as a strategic advisor on sourcing, interviewing, and hiring decisions.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies using outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal candidates.
• Conduct structured candidate screening and interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Work with third‑party vendors as needed.
• Ensure a high‑quality candidate experience through clear communication.
• Prepare and recommend competitive offers in collaboration with HRBP and leaders.
• Identify risks to offer acceptance and timelines.
• Create and promote compelling job postings to support employer branding.
