EAB is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting across multiple levels and divisions from its Richmond, VA or Washington, DC offices. You will partner with business leaders to source, evaluate, and close top talent with a focus on equity and efficiency.

This role emphasizes strategic sourcing, process improvement, and collaboration with a dispersed team to meet hiring goals while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of relevant full-time professional experience.
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting and ability to influence hiring managers.
• Experience using structured evaluation criteria and collaborating with dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full candidate life cycle from sourcing to offer negotiation and closing.
• Develop interview strategies across multiple business lines and assess qualifications.
• Market EAB to candidates and present opportunities compellingly.
• Drive hiring decisions with line managers to expedite processes.
• Design and implement equitable offer proposals and address candidate questions.
• Analyze recruiting data to inform strategy and meet hiring goals.
• Partner with fellow recruiters to share pipelines and meet team goals.
• Advise hiring teams on role definitions and market realities.
• Build structured, fair selection processes across searches.
• Adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining candidate experience.
• Participate in special projects: campaigns, referrals, sourcing, training.
