Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3+ years of full-time professional recruiting experience.
• Experience in a full-cycle recruiting role.
• Ability to influence and advise hiring managers.
• Experience using structured, job-related criteria to evaluate candidates.
• Ability to work on a geographically dispersed team.
• Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full candidate life cycle from sourcing to close.
• Develop interview strategies aligned with business needs and job profiles.
• Market the firm to candidates and present opportunities in a compelling way.
• Drive decision making with line managers to expedite the hiring process.
• Create and deliver equitable offer proposals and coordinate negotiations.
• Analyze recruiting data to inform strategy and adjust approaches.
