EAB, based in Washington, DC, is seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter to support full-cycle recruitment across multiple levels and divisions. The role partners with business leaders to design sourcing and evaluation strategies, managing from kickoff to offer and closing.

The position may be based in Richmond, VA or Washington, DC, with opportunities to collaborate across dispersed teams and drive hiring outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3+ years of relevant full-time professional experience.
• Experience and proven success in a full-cycle recruiting role.
• Ability to influence and advise hiring managers through complex searches.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full candidate life cycle: attract, select, interview, negotiate offers to close candidates.
• Develop a critical eye for candidates by understanding business needs and testing qualifications.
• Market the firm to candidates and present opportunities compellingly.
• Drive decision making with line managers to expedite the hiring process.
• Coordinate offers and candidate negotiations to secure acceptances.
• Analyze market data to inform sourcing strategies and hiring goals.
