Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree required with 4–5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience influencing hiring managers and managing senior stakeholders.
• Proven ability to source and close candidates across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage full candidate life cycle from search kickoff to offer negotiation.
• Develop sourcing strategies and partner with business leaders to define roles.
• Market the firm to candidates and drive interest in opportunities.
• Drive decision making with line managers to expedite hiring.
• Coordinate offers and address candidate questions to secure acceptance.
• Source exceptional talent via direct outreach, headhunting, and job boards.
