Job summary

EAB is seeking a Lead Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple levels and divisions from Richmond, VA or Washington, DC. You will partner with business leaders to develop sourcing strategies, own the interview and offer process, and close top talent.

The role demands strong sourcing creativity, stakeholder influence, and experience guiding complex searches in a distributed team environment. Eligible for discretionary bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 4–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting and search management.
• Experience leveraging applicant tracking systems and advanced candidate sourcing techniques.
• Proven track record of success with high-volume outbound sourcing using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Ability to influence and advise hiring managers through complex searches to optimize outcomes.
• Experience using structured, job-related criteria to evaluate candidates consistently and equitably.
• Exposure to and comfort managing senior client/internal stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to collaborate on a geographically dispersed team.
• Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage full candidate lifecycle from attraction to offer negotiation.
• Understand business needs and profile requirements; conduct thorough interviews.
• Market EAB to candidates with compelling outreach and messaging.
• Accelerate hiring by guiding decisions with line managers.
• Deliver equitable, well-justified offer recommendations and close candidates.
• Source top talent through direct outreach, headhunting, and job boards.
• Analyze recruiting data to refine strategy and adjust sourcing.
• Collaborate with fellow recruiters to meet team hiring goals.
• Advise on role definitions, market realities, and assessment approaches.
