Job summary

EAB is seeking a Corporate Recruiter in the Richmond, VA, or Washington, D.C. area to lead full-cycle searches across multiple divisions. You will partner with business leaders to craft sourcing and evaluation plans, owning the process from kickoff to offer and closing.

This role is based in Richmond or DC, with a title aligned to Senior Recruiter norms and opportunities to influence hiring through data-driven strategies and thoughtful candidate engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required and 3+ years of full-time recruiting experience.
• Experience in full-cycle recruiting with the ability to influence hiring managers.
• Experience using structured criteria to evaluate candidates equitably.
• Ability to work with a geographically dispersed team and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full candidate life cycle: attract, select, interview, and negotiate offers to close candidates.
• Develop sourcing strategies and market the firm to candidates in competitive markets.
• Drive decision making with line managers to expedite the hiring process.
• Coordinate offers and address candidate questions to secure accepts.
• Partner with recruiters to share pipelines and meet team hiring goals.
• Advise on role definitions, market realities, and assessment strategies.
