Job summary

Safran is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to lead full-life cycle recruitment for U.S. business units across multiple locations. You will partner with HR leaders to understand strategic workforce needs and translate them into proactive recruitment plans.

You will develop tailored sourcing strategies, manage senior-level and specialized hires, and build long-term talent pipelines while delivering a transparent candidate experience and data-driven hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience.
• Consultative Talent Acquisition Partner to business leaders and HR stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder-management and influencing skills.
• Advanced sourcing and talent-mapping across multiple channels.
• Experience using labor market insights and recruiting analytics.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary talent acquisition advisor for assigned business units, functions, or locations.
• Partner with business and HR leaders to anticipate workforce needs and hiring priorities.
• Lead intake and strategy discussions clarifying outcomes, roles, and criteria.
• Lead full life cycle recruitment for US units, including senior and technical roles.
• Develop tailored sourcing and attraction strategies using diverse channels.
• Provide market intelligence on talent supply, compensation, and hiring risks.
• Advise hiring managers on role design, candidate assessment, and offers.
• Build proactive pipelines for recurring, difficult-to-fill roles with long-term relationships.
• Deliver a professional candidate experience with clear communication and timely feedback.
• Use recruiting data to monitor funnel health and inform actions to improve outcomes.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Facilitate calibration and debrief discussions to reach well-supported decisions.
• Collaborate with HRBP, Compensation, and operations to resolve hiring challenges.
• Coach interview teams on best practices and bias awareness.
• Lead Talent Acquisition projects and employer branding initiatives.
