Job summary

Safran seeks an early-career Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the U.S. Talent Acquisition Hub. You will coordinate recruiting activities, maintain data accuracy, and help move requisitions through the hiring process for multiple business units.

In collaboration with TA Partners, hiring managers, and HR colleagues, you’ll orchestrate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and offer documentation while delivering a high-quality candidate experience and efficient service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, business, communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years in recruiting, HR, coordination, administration, or related environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple open items with follow-through.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication with a customer-service mindset.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential, accurate records.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Ability to learn and use ATS/HR systems and other recruiting technologies.
• Collaborative work style in a hub/shared-services setting with HR partners.

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Acquisition Partners with day-to-day recruiting activities for US business units.
• Coordinate candidate interviews including scheduling, logistics, and communications with participants.
• Create and maintain requisitions and candidate records in the ATS, ensuring data accuracy.
• Post job openings to internal and external channels and ensure postings align with templates.
• Pre-screen candidates and perform outreach under guidance of TA Business Partner.
• Provide timely updates to candidates to deliver a positive experience.
• Prepare offer documents and assist with pre-employment activities.
• Monitor recruiting workflows and follow up to keep processes moving.
• Assist with sourcing, talent pipelines, events, and recruitment initiatives.
• Support TA reports and dashboards with data quality and metrics.
