Job summary

Safran is seeking an experienced Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruitment for its Irvine, CA team. You will source, screen, and interview candidates, partnering with hiring managers to build a strong talent pipeline for aerospace and defense roles.

The role emphasizes candidate experience and process excellence across the hiring journey. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in HR with a focus on recruiting, plus proficiency in ATS, MS Office, and data-driven sourcing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required. Degree in Human Resources Management, Social Sciences or Humanities preferred.
• SHRM certification is a plus.
• More than five years of HR experience, with a focus recruiting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key roles through networking and events.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure effective hiring strategies.
• Utilize sourcing techniques to attract aerospace/technical talent, including passive candidates.
• Review resumes to create a shortlist for the hiring manager.
• Interview and screen applicants for technical competence, background and fit.
• Facilitate interaction between hiring managers and candidates.
• Stay current with talent acquisition trends and technologies.
