Job summary

Safran USA is seeking a senior HR leader to run the HR and HSE teams, delivering strategic guidance and implementing staffing, compensation, and employee engagement programs across US facilities. You will partner with business leaders to design effective structures, ensure regulatory compliance, and advance a strong organizational culture.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading collaboration across departments and with supplier partners in the US and internationally to achieve goals and drive change.
• Global experience liaising with diverse cultures, strong leadership, and stakeholder influence at all levels.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to develop influential relationships with senior leadership, employees, and boards.
• Experience with HRIS, HR data/reporting, and knowledge of Federal and State labor laws.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and execute long-term HR strategies and programs in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in English and French and/or English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR and HSE team and promote a ONE team approach across departments and facilities.
• Serve as a strategic HR business partner, advising leaders on organizational design and staffing strategies.
• Develop and implement compensation programs and manage benefits to attract and retain talent.
• Oversee HR budget, data accuracy, payroll, and reporting; ensure compliance with laws and corporate policies.
• Drive employee engagement, culture, and retention; champion Safran Ambassador Network locally.
• Provide consultative guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

SHRM certification (preferred)
