Job summary

Hammer Media in Austin, TX is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruiting across creative, content, marketing, product, technology, and operations. You will partner with hiring managers to understand needs, develop targeted strategies, and attract exceptional talent for high-growth teams.

Based in our East Austin in-office environment, you’ll implement scalable processes, assess candidates beyond resumes, and move quickly without compromising quality.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to assess candidates beyond resumes and culture fit.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting across creative, content production, marketing, product, technology, and operations.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and priorities.
• Identify, source, and engage top talent through networks, referrals, and creative sourcing.
• Define and optimize recruiting processes and interview structures.
• Raise the bar on talent quality for long-term success.
• Own workflows, ATS, and interview coordination to ensure an efficient hiring process.
