Hammer Media is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruiting across our growth-focused teams in creative, production, marketing, product, technology, and operations. You will partner with hiring managers to define roles, source top talent, and move candidates through a rigorous, high-ownership process.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Thrives in ambiguity and can adapt to shifting roles and priorities.
• Proactive, resourceful, takes ownership and delivers.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple searches and tight deadlines.
• Strong instincts for talent and culture fit beyond resumes.

Responsabilidades

• Run full-cycle recruiting across creative, content production, marketing, product, technology, and business operations roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation and close.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand priorities, define role requirements, and develop targeted recruiting strategies.
• Proactively identify, source, and engage exceptional talent through LinkedIn, networks, referrals, and creative sourcing.
• Optimize recruiting processes, interview structures, and tools with clear role scorecards and structured interview processes.
• Track and report on key recruiting metrics and establish improvements.
