Group 1 Automotive, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for Austin, TX. This market-embedded role leads high-volume, full-cycle recruiting with a white-glove approach to hiring leaders and candidates.

You will partner with store leadership, build robust pipelines across multiple locations, leverage data storytelling, and drive adoption of modern recruitment practices. Travel up to 50% is required; hybrid work is supported.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle high-volume recruiting.
• Experience supporting 15+ stores in a market preferred.
• Travel required up to 50% of the time.
• Hybrid work schedule: 4 days in office, 1 day work from home.
• Advanced sourcing: Boolean, talent mapping, passive outreach, market research.
• Strength in building pipelines through colleges, technical schools, and military installations.
• Experience driving recruitment process change and data storytelling.
• Proficiency with ATS, CRM, sourcing platforms, and reporting dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated TA partner for a defined market/region with high-volume needs.
• Own end-to-end hiring process from intake to pre-boarding handoff.
• Build and maintain pipelines for high-impact roles across multiple stores.
• Lead process adoption and advise market leadership with data-driven insights.
• Provide regular business reviews with store and district leaders on hiring outcomes.
• Meet KPIs such as time-to-fill, funnel metrics, and requisition fill rates.
