Job summary

Hippo is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner in Austin, TX to partner with stakeholders and lead end-to-end recruiting for IT, Engineering, G&A, and GTM functions. You will shape hiring strategies, build diverse pipelines, and consult with leaders to meet immediate and long-term staffing needs.

The role requires strong interviewing, stakeholder management, and knowledge of employment laws. You will collaborate with the People Strategy team to influence job descriptions and drive recruitment

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience in Tech, G&A and GTM.
• Experience conducting full-cycle recruiting including posting, phone screens, interviews, debriefs and offers.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system to manage candidates; Greenhouse ATS is preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Uses funnel metrics to drive business actions and change.

Responsibilities

• Consult with hiring leaders to understand objectives and manage searches through the recruiting lifecycle.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Build talent pipelines using traditional sourcing, diversity channels, events, universities, and creative methods.
• Engage stakeholders with proactive, clear communication tied to business needs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with strong project management and attention to detail.
