Job summary

Exyte U.S. Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to act as a strategic TA advisor, leading the recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance and delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

You will partner with department leaders to understand workforce needs, develop targeted recruitment strategies across engineering and EPC sectors, and drive workforce planning, DEI initiatives, and process improvements to support organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; equivalent combination of education and seven (7) years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of five (5) years of full-cycle Talent Acquisition experience required, including at least one (1) year supporting recruitment within the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) industry or a related technical environment.
• Experience recruiting across multiple states and labor markets within the United States required.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), candidate relationship management tools, and sourcing platforms required.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Intermediate to advanced Excel skills preferred.
• Ability to work onsite at a company office location three (3) to four (4) days per week, as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Provide market insights to hiring managers, set recruitment expectations, and identify challenges while recommending process improvements.
• Develop targeted recruitment strategies and workforce plans with department leaders to meet short-term and long-term talent needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, HR partners, and external vendors for a seamless TA process.
• Drive continuous TA improvements, mentor less experienced team members, and stay current on industry trends.
• Champion diversity, equity, inclusion initiatives and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.
