Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience leading Talent Acquisition or recruitment teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment, sourcing strategies, workforce planning, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition function for the US region, coaching and managing performance.
• Act as a hands-on recruiter, delivering recruitment for critical roles.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand needs and ensure timely hiring outcomes.
• Drive recruitment excellence by implementing best practices and process improvements.
• Ensure delivery of hiring targets through prioritization and direct involvement in recruitment activities.
• Lead by example as a working manager balancing leadership with direct delivery.
