Job summary

Energy Transfer LP, a Forbes-recognized employer, seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to lead recruitment for technical, engineering, operations, transportation, maintenance, and safety roles across our pipeline footprint. Reporting to senior leadership, you will partner with internal teams to build a robust talent pipeline aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2-5+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition, with experience in technical/industrial roles.
• Ability to work 100% on-site in our office building.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and labor market trends for pipeline/technical industries.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS and data analytics; familiarity with MS Office/SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and refine recruitment strategies for technical/operational needs.
• Plan and execute targeted sourcing campaigns using modern techniques.
• End-to-End Recruitment Management: Manage full lifecycle from requisition to offer negotiations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify skill gaps and align with objectives.
• Candidate Pipeline & Relationship Building: Maintain candidate databases and pipelines using Taleo.
• Engage with associations, institutions, and networks to drive diversity and inclusion.
• Compliance & Process Improvement: Ensure practices comply with policies and laws; analyze data to improve processes.
• Brand Ambassador: Represent the company at events to elevate market presence.
