Job summary

WorldStrides is seeking a strategic, hands-on Sr. Manager, Global Recruiting to lead executive, professional, and seasonal hiring across the United States and key global locations.

You will shape strategy, partner with the CHRO and HR leadership, and elevate in-house executive search while managing external firms for C-suite searches. You will oversee recruiting across corporate, technology, product, sales, operations, education, and program delivery, modernizing seasonal programs and building

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive talent acquisition leadership experience.
• Proven people leadership, including coaching recruiters and leading through change.
• Meaningful executive search experience; retained search firm experience is a plus.
• Experience building recruiting strategy or operating models beyond requisition delivery.
• Experience across multiple recruiting segments; seasonal/high-volume is valuable.
• Fluency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting analytics; Greenhouse preferred.
• Experience evaluating or implementing recruiting technology, AI-enabled tools, or workflow automation.
• Experience working across countries in a globally distributed organization.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; US-based location preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set and evolve the global recruiting strategy, operating model, and priorities.
• Understand business model, cycles, financial priorities, and talent needs.
• Advise leaders on role design, location, and sourcing approaches.
• Provide labor-market and economic intelligence to executives and HR leaders.
• Forecast workforce demand with HR Partners and Finance; translate into capacity plans.
• Coach Executive Recruiter on VP/SVP-level searches; engage external firms as needed.
• Own Greenhouse governance, data quality, and system roadmap.
• Lead professional and seasonal recruiting across multiple functions and regions.
• Build external talent maps and strategic relationships for leadership roles.
