Qualifications

• 10+ years of advancing experience in human resources or a similar area, with at least 7 years in an HR Business Partner or equivalent strategic HR position.
• Experience collaborating with senior leaders in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Experience in organizational development, workforce planning, talent management, performance management, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Function as the lead HR Business Partner for the Supply Chain organization, understanding business priorities and structure.
• Advise and mentor senior leaders on organizational efficiency, workforce planning, and compensation.
• Partner with leaders and People team to identify and retain critical talent.
• Use data to detect trends, risks, and opportunities related to retention and engagement.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for senior leaders.
