Qualifications

• 5+ years Recruiting/HR experience required with a 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition trends and innovative ideas for recruiting.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and build strategic partnerships with hiring leaders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and multi-task capable.
• Advanced internet search and sourcing techniques; familiarity with social networks and job boards.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic partnerships with business leaders to understand hiring needs and culture fit.
• Develop recruiting, marketing, and sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Recruit for Commercial Construction, Engineering, and Energy professional roles across the enterprise.
• Conduct intake meetings with Hiring Managers to define requirements and recruitment delivery.
• Manage offer process, pre-closing, and closing of candidates; track progress with metrics.
• Promote diversity and inclusion throughout recruitment efforts; report on program health.
