Responsibilities

• Establish strategic partnerships with business leaders to understand talent needs and assess cultural fit for the organization.
• Develop recruiting, marketing, and sourcing strategies to find qualified candidates.
• Recruit talent for Commercial Construction, Engineering, and Energy professional roles.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to define requirements and set recruiting delivery expectations.
• Define and execute sourcing strategies using social media, networks, job boards, etc.
• Manage offer and negotiation processes and extend job offers.
