Job summary

Amphenol Borisch Technologies (ABT), a division of Amphenol Corporation, seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage the full-cycle recruitment for internal and external candidates, and to drive process improvements through automation, standardization, and data-driven insights.

You will partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing, build talent pipelines, extend offers, and ensure compliant, equitable hiring practices while strengthening employer branding and supporting workforce planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruiting metrics and drive data-informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with employment laws and compliance requirements related to recruiting and hiring.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a continuous improvement approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for internal and external candidates, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Generate and extend offers, ensuring accuracy and timely processing within internal HRIS or ATS systems.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate and communicate internal hiring activities, including promotions, transfers, and new hire announcements.
• Create, standardize, and deliver interview guides, tools, and training for hiring managers.
