Amphenol Borisch Technologies (ABT) is seeking an HR Business Partner Intern for a 20-hour/week role across ABT sites including Grand Rapids, MI. You will support recruiting, onboarding, records management, and events, working with a regional HR team.

The position requires pursuing a BA in Business/Human Resources, strong communication, confidentiality, and organizational skills. Candidates should be able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordination of programs and policies that support ABT culture and improve the team member experience.
• Assist with recruiting resources for US sites, including posting positions, screening resumes, conducting phone screens, and coordinating interviews.
• Coordinate with temp agencies to fill temporary employment needs.
• Help coordinate team member onboarding activities and assist with new hire orientation.
• Assist with transferring team member records to electronic files across sites.
• Aid HR team in planning and facilitating company-sponsored events.
• Assist Learning and Development projects.
• Complete special HR or training projects.

The HR Business Partner Intern will work with the Amphenol Borisch Technologies (ABT) Human Resources team to provide HR resources and support for all ABT sites including Grand Rapids, MI; Mesa, AZ; London, Ontario; and Nogales, MX.

• Assists the HR team to plan and facilitate company sponsored events.
• Assists with Learning and Development projects.
• Completes special projects related to human resources or training and development.
