Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 1-2 years of related experience or high school plus 3-5 years of progressively more responsible related work experience in order to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing, compose clear communications, and demonstrate knowledge of the employment and interviewing process and associated laws.
• Experience with electronic applicant tracking system is preferred.
• Interpersonal and written communication skills are essential to interact with applicants and stakeholders throughout the recruiting process.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment lifecycle including posting, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates.
• Oversee ATS postings and candidate records, ensure timely closures.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies.
• Develop talent pipelines and support workforce planning.
