Job summary

Sheppard Pratt is seeking a talented recruiter-sourcing specialist to develop diverse candidate pipelines for specialized roles. You will proactively identify candidates through direct and indirect sourcing channels and collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to meet staffing goals.

You will manage ATS data, optimize recruiting processes, and contribute to candidate experience enhancements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or closely related field.
• Requires at least 2 years of related experience.
• Demonstrated sourcing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills are crucial for engaging candidates and advising internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing: manage and execute all aspects of recruitment sourcing to build pipelines and fill specialized positions.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to meet hiring needs and organizational goals.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to align staffing plans with business priorities.
• Manage recruitment data, processes and vendor accounts to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Support onboarding and candidate experience initiatives and provide training as needed.
