Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree plus 1–2 years of related experience or high school plus 3–5 years of progressively responsible related work experience in order to effectively communicate.
• Experience with electronic applicant tracking system (ATS) preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with applicants, hiring managers and leadership while ensuring compliance with policies and laws.

Responsibilities

• Partners with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and program-specific hiring priorities.
• Develops and executes sourcing strategies, including postings with schools and professional organizations.
• Reviews applications, conducts initial phone screenings and behavioral interviews.
• Presents qualified candidates to hiring managers and guides through the selection process.
• Manages job requisitions in ATS and ensures accurate candidate records and timely closures.
