Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university and 2+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, initiative and sound judgment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Leverages emotional intelligence to build and foster relationships both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for all functional areas with efficient hiring outcomes.
• Candidate Experience: ensure smooth, engaging candidate experience through timely communication and professionalism.
• Hiring Manager Experience: collaborate with department, provide guidance on recruitment strategies and support throughout the process.
• Talent Sourcing: leverage sourcing strategies to attract top talent and build a pipeline for current and future roles.
• Labor Market Analyst: research labor market trends to align sourcing strategy with industry conditions.
• Business Acumen: understand remanufacturing roles through job shadowing to improve hiring fit and reduce turnover.
• Process Improvement: evaluate and refine recruitment processes to reduce time-to-hire while aligning with goals.
• Data Tracking and Reporting: use The Applicant Manager to manage candidates and provide updates and metrics to leadership.
