CNH is hiring a Campus Recruiting Program Manager to lead entry-level recruitment from colleges and universities. The role oversees internship and early talent programs, builds university partnerships, and manages campus events to sustain a strong talent pipeline.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in recruiting, with travel up to 20–30%. It offers a hybrid schedule with three days in-office across Racine, WI; Oak Brook, IL; Sioux Falls, SD; or New Holland, PA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; HR, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, campus recruitment, or talent acquisition.
• Willingness to travel for on-campus events and recruitment activities (20-30%).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a campus recruiting strategy aligned with talent acquisition goals.
• Build relationships with colleges, universities, and career services.
• Plan, coordinate, and attend on-campus recruitment events to promote CNH.
• Sourcing and engaging interns, co-ops, and full-time campus hires.
• Promote diverse and inclusive recruitment processes.
• Oversee internship and early talent programs with internal stakeholders.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit.
• Track recruiting metrics and report to leadership.
• Collaborate with HR, TA, and hiring managers on workforce needs.
• Act as a brand ambassador and collaborate on candidate marketing materials.
