Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle across functional areas, from intake to offer.
• Ensure engaging candidate experience with timely communication and feedback.
• Partner with department heads by providing recruitment strategy and support.
• Source talent using diverse strategies and build a pipeline for current and future needs.
• Research labor market trends to align sourcing strategy with industry conditions.
• Understand roles in remanufacturing through job shadowing to improve hiring fit.
• Refine recruitment processes to increase efficiency and reduce time-to-hire.
• Maintain records in The Applicant Manager and provide regular updates to leadership.
