Job summary

Power Electronics is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruitment across the United States, focusing on blue-collar, skilled-trades, and corporate roles. You will partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and develop sourcing strategies, delivering a seamless candidate experience in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, fluency in Spanish, and proficiency with SAP

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for blue-collar, operations, or professional roles.
• Fluency in Spanish required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for US-based roles.
• Lead high-volume recruitment for blue-collar and skilled-trades positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define candidate profiles.
• Develop sourcing strategies for high-volume, hard-to-fill roles.
• Create, post, and manage job advertisements across multiple channels.
• Source, identify, and engage high-quality candidates.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
• Coordinate interview processes and support hiring decisions.
• Maintain relationships with external recruiting partners and vendors.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure a positive new-hire experience.
• Provide recruitment reports to U.S. leadership.
