Job summary

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in corporate recruiting, strong communication skills, and experience with ATS systems. Travel, if any, is limited as per business needs.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a corporate recruiting setting; or commensurate combination of education and experience.
• Prior experience with ATS Systems.
• Experience recruiting for senior leadership and sales roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and profiles.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to source and attract talent.
• Build and maintain a diverse candidate pipeline for current and future needs.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment including postings, screenings, interviews, and offers.
• Provide regular updates on progress and challenges to stakeholders.
