Job summary

The Würth Industry North America is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive full-cycle recruitment, partnering with hiring managers to define needs and candidate profiles. You will source, screen, interview, and extend offers while maintaining a strong, diverse talent pipeline and ensuring compliant, efficient hiring workflows.

You will promote Würth’s culture and career opportunities, track recruitment metrics, and continuously improve processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a corporate recruiting setting; or commensurate combination of education and experience.
• Prior experience with ATS Systems
• Experience recruiting for senior leadership and sales roles preferred.
• Professionality, ethics, and confidentiality
• Ability to lead through influence
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Ability to build internal and external relationships across all levels
• Travel estimated at 10%

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and candidate profiles.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to source, attract, and retain top talent.
• Ensure hiring practices align with DEI goals.
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and events.
• Build and maintain a pipeline for current and future needs.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment including postings, screening, interviews, offers.
• Coordinate with internal teams and agencies to ensure smooth workflows.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and provide recommendations.
• Maintain positive candidate experience with timely communication.
• Track recruitment metrics and report progress.
• Use data to refine processes.
• Comply with labor laws and company policies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends in talent acquisition.
