The role emphasizes collaboration, professionalism, and integrity while supporting senior leadership and sales recruitment in a fast-paced environment. Starting compensation is $65,000 with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• B.S. Degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a corporate recruiting setting.
• Prior experience with ATS Systems.
• Experience recruiting for senior leadership and sales roles preferred.
• High standard of professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality.
• Travel 10% as part of the role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and candidate profiles.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to source and retain top talent.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and events.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: postings, screening, interviews, and offers.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
