Würth Industry USA seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner in Roanoke, VA to drive the full‑cycle recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and profile requirements, and to build a diverse, high‑caliber talent pipeline that supports the company’s growth.

You will manage postings, screen resumes, conduct interviews and offers, coordinate with internal teams and agencies, and track recruiting metrics, ensuring a smooth, compliant, and candidate‑friendly

Qualifications

B.S. Degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 3 years in a corporate recruiting setting; or commensurate combination of education and experience.
Prior experience with ATS Systems.
Experience recruiting for senior leadership and sales roles preferred.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to source and retain top talent.
Ensure DEI goals are integrated into recruitment practices.
Source candidates via job boards, referrals, social media, and networking events.
Manage end-to-end recruitment: postings, screenings, interviews, offers.
