Ring Power Corporation is seeking a recruiter to manage end-to-end processes for assigned roles, from sourcing to offers, aligning with business leaders on staffing needs.

The role involves forecasting hiring needs, building candidate pipelines, and maintaining positive candidate experiences across Florida locations. Proficiency with ICIMS and knowledge of employment regulations are essential.

Qualifications

• Formal Education: Associate degree or certification equivalent in a related field of study.
• Experience: 4-7+ years
• Knowledge of employment regulations with the DOL, EEOC and OFCCP.
• Experience with mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources.
• Ability to support an assigned geographic territory with a high level of responsiveness.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20-40% for events, visits, and meetings.
• HR Certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
• Experience with iCIMS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting process for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
• Collaborate with business leaders to define job requirements and candidate criteria.
• Forecast hiring needs and execute recruiting plans to support business objectives.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through sourcing strategies and events.
• Maintain communication with hiring managers and candidates for a positive experience.
• Utilize ATS (ICIMS) to manage requisitions and track activity.
• Track hiring metrics and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Provide input on process improvements and support training initiatives.
