Job summary

Unknown is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive full cycle recruiting across a defined territory in Indianapolis, collaborating with operations managers to forecast staffing needs and ensure a strong candidate experience.

You will build external relationships with education, workforce development, and community partners while guiding hiring managers through the process and using data to improve recruiting outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years in skilled trades recruiting.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting and workforce planning.
• Strong communication, organizational and data-driven skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting for a specific territory, acting as main point of contact.
• Lead workforce planning meetings with hiring managers to define staffing needs and job descriptions.
• Provide guidance and coaching to department managers through the hiring process.
• Maintain jobs, workflows, candidates, offers and reporting in ATS.
• Source candidates using boards, events, social media and referrals; communicate workforce needs to project teams.
• Collaborate on process improvements and strategic recruiting programs.
• Develop and update job descriptions and specifications as needed.
• Build relationships with local candidate sources and manage job fairs and recruiting events.
• Evaluate and analyze recruitment metrics and reporting with TA Manager.
• Additional duties as assigned.
