Job summary

Raymond West Intralogistics Solutions is seeking a Recruiter in Phoenix, AZ to source, attract, and select top talent. This in-office role focuses on building relationships with candidates and hiring managers to drive staffing efficiency and cultural fit across the organization.

You will manage the full recruitment cycle, including posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, while staying compliant with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience in high-volume settings.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, with relevant recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networks and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews for qualifications and cultural fit.
• Build relationships with candidates and maintain a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and recruitment strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from posting to offers and onboarding.
• Provide guidance on interview techniques and candidate assessment.
• Maintain compliant candidate records and build talent pipelines.
