You will collaborate with hiring managers, develop effective recruitment strategies, conduct screenings, and manage the full recruitment cycle from posting to onboarding. Building a robust candidate pipeline and using data to improve sourcing are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from posting to offer and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Utilize data and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and inform decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
