Job summary

Day & Zimmermann in Nevada is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full life-cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely filling of openings and building a talent pipeline.

You will consult with hiring managers and HR Partners, screen candidates with behavioral interviews, manage ATS postings and offers, and help ensure compliance with federal hiring rules while supporting business growth.

Qualifications

• Expertise in full life-cycle recruiting and workforce planning.
• Knowledge of recruiting policies, procedures and compliance regulations.
• Ability to work in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, written, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Fill open requisitions promptly using sourcing techniques and build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Advise hiring managers with talent strategies and coordinate with HR Business Partners.
• Screen candidates using behavioral interview techniques and document feedback for hiring managers.
• Post, update and close requisitions in the ATS and manage offers per approved templates.
