WHSmith North America in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. You will drive full-cycle recruitment, partner with hiring managers, and build pipelines for critical roles across the organization.

Responsibilities include developing sourcing plans, managing candidates through offer, and maintaining ATS data while delivering an excellent candidate experience. Hybrid work environment; local candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading full-cycle recruiting initiatives across multiple functions.
• Ability to develop sourcing plans for complex, high-level roles.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders to build recruitment roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment of employees and temporary roles, from sourcing to offer presentation.
• Develop sourcing plans for complex talent needs and identify effective external sources.
• Recruit for internal and external candidates via career site, job boards and social platforms.
• Manage the application/interview process for internal applicants.
• Maintain the applicant tracking system with up-to-date candidate information.
• Present offers and manage related inquiries.
