Job summary

Centers For Independence seeks a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to collaborate with organizational leaders, designing and executing recruitment strategies across high-volume entry-level to executive roles, ensuring alignment with the mission and operational goals.

The role manages full-cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations, builds robust talent pipelines, and partners with HR on onboarding and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Three years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, or five years with an Associate's degree.
• SHRM-TA Specialty Credential, AIRS Recruiter Certification, or CPSP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume recruitment efforts with strong candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and goals.
• Develop full-cycle recruitment strategies including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Lead recruitment for specialized and executive-level roles with targeted sourcing.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions.
• Collaborate with HR on onboarding and retention strategies.
• Utilize ATS data and recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Promote the organization's employer brand through career fairs and community events.
• Maintain ongoing discussions with leaders to ensure workforce needs are met.
