Job summary

Prime Data Centers is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for key roles across the organization. You will partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interviewing processes, and long-term workforce plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for senior or specialized roles.
• Proven ability to build and execute sourcing strategies.
• Strong consultative and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using ATS and reporting recruiting metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned business units from intake through offer and close.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and interviewing processes.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to build diverse, high-quality pipelines.
• Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and interview guidance to teams.
• Manage candidate experience with timely communication and feedback.
• Mentor other recruiters and share best practices.
• Use data and metrics to inform strategy and improve processes.
• Ensure a consistent, equitable, and compliant hiring process.
• Collaborate on offer structuring and closing strategies.
• Represent Prime Data Centers at recruiting events as needed.
