Job summary

Milwaukee Center for Independence Inc. seeks a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to act as a strategic, relationship-driven partner to organizational leaders, developing and executing recruitment strategies across high-volume, entry-level to executive roles.

This role supports full-cycle recruitment, aligning hiring with mission and goals. The role emphasizes sourcing, best candidate experience, data-driven staffing, and collaboration with HR on onboarding, workforce planning, and retention

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Three years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, or five years with an Associate's degree.
• Preferred SHRM-TA Specialty Credential, AIRS Recruiter Certification, CPSP.
• Travel up to 25%.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume recruitment while maintaining strong candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and goals.
• Develop full-cycle recruitment strategies: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers.
• Lead recruitment for specialized and executive roles with targeted sourcing.
• Build and maintain pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
• Meet weekly with hiring managers to ensure workforce needs are met.
• Leverage ATS data and recruitment analytics for continuous improvement.
• Promote employer brand and attend career fairs to build pipelines.
• Collaborate with HR on onboarding, workforce planning, and retention strategies.
